Tahlia holds a Master of Clinical Counselling from Briercrest, earned after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Redeemer University. Her educational journey has uniquely positioned her to bridge the gap between physical and mental health, offering a comprehensive approach to injury rehabilitation and overall well-being.
With a robust foundation in both physiology and psychology, Tahlia integrates her knowledge of human movement and physical health with her expertise in mental health. This dual perspective allows her to address the complexities of injury rehabilitation holistically, considering not only the physical aspects but also the psychological impacts of recovery and adjustment.
Before transitioning into the field of counselling, Tahlia accumulated extensive experience in mentoring and coaching.
