Our counsellor is fully licensed with the BCACC, meaning they meet rigorous standards and adhere to ethical guidelines to provide you with the highest level of care.

Flexible Scheduling: We offer convenient online booking options and flexible appointment times to accommodate your busy schedule. Currently, we will only be offering virtual sessions, we strive to make access to support as seamless as possible.

ICBC Registered Clinical Counselling related to an MVA

We are able to directly bill ICBC for patients who are seeking counselling related to an Motor Vehicle Accident who have an active ICBC claim.

ICBC patients are automatically entitled to 12 counselling sessions within the first 12 weeks of the date of their accident. Beyond that, patients are still able to access counselling, but will need pre-approval from their ICBC adjuster before proceeding. The Front Desk team at Seva will be happy to help coordinate approval for an assessment with ICBC.
