Hatha Yoga for healing is a form of yoga that is offered at Seva Physiotherapy in Vancouver, BC. Designed to help prevent and recover from back, neck, and shoulder pain; Hatha Yoga is a healing technique that encourages healthy posture habits as well as body awareness. Hatha for Healing

Is a yoga class designed to help prevent and recover from low back, neck, and upper back pain, as well as shoulder and hip pain.

  • It will assist in the development of healthy postural habits with the aim to gain more muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and postural alignment.
  • Hatha for Healing offers patients and opportunity to gain more body awareness and understanding.
  • Each class will include Panayama (breath work), traditional Hatha postures and restorative poses. This class is suitable for beginners, those brand new to yoga and patients healing from injury.

Hatha Yoga for Healing is a one of a kind class in that it offers the option of direct communication between the yoga instructor and your treatment provider at Seva Physiotherapy.

Cost: 4 classes for $70 ($18 per class drop in rate)
