Even if you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, everyone is encouraged to participate at any stage of their life. Knowing that it can be daunting to take the first step, time and patience will be a priority to those needing it. In alignment with your goals, novice participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing technique), and/or meditation. Experienced participants will have an opportunity to build on their existing yoga practice with the option of exploring more complex sequences. All you need is loose clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. While you may borrow a mat in our clinic, you are welcome to bring your own mat.
