Katrina Allison

Naturopath

I help women understand and support their hormonal health so they can feel energetic, strong, and empowered through every age and stage.

Women have a unique and constantly changing hormonal experience — from puberty, pregnancy, and postpartum, to perimenopause and beyond — not to mention the daily hormone fluctuations of the menstrual cycle. I work primarily with female patients ages 13–60, providing healthcare tailored to the unique needs of women throughout these different stages of life.

As a competitive marathon runner, I have experienced firsthand how closely connected hormone health is to athletic performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping women athletes and fitness enthusiasts pursue their goals while supporting the health foundations that allow them to thrive.

Areas I commonly support patients with include:

• Period & hormone concerns: absent or irregular periods, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, painful periods, heavy periods, teen periods, and perimenopause
• Mood & stress concerns: PMS/PMDD, depression, anxiety, and insomnia
• Female athlete health: athletic performance, sports nutrition, overtraining, relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), fertility and perinatal health in athletes, and return to exercise postpartum
• Nutrition, fueling & recovery: nutritional deficiencies, eating disorders, and fueling strategies for sport

My approach is rooted in compassionate, individualized care. I believe that every woman’s health journey is unique, and my goal is to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Whether you’re navigating changes in your cycle, working toward a performance goal, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’m here to help you understand your body and support you every step of the way.
